Commercials
Three components, the same for every platform.
No tiers to decode. Each platform is licensed identically, and the number is set by how much of your organisation is in scope.
Software subscription
An annual licence for the platform itself, scaled to the size of your organisation and the number of business units in scope.
Software support
Charged as a percentage of the subscription, covering updates, maintenance and support for the platform throughout the term.
Setup and professional services
A one-off engagement to populate the platform with your data — discovery, interviews, architecture review and configuration. This is where the assessment work actually happens.
We do not publish figures, because the honest answer depends entirely on scope — how many business units, how much data, how many interviews, how much architecture review. Tell us what is in scope and you will get a real number, not a range.

Detail
Questions people ask first
Why the setup fee is not optional
These are AI-powered visualisation and governance platforms. Empty, they show you nothing. The professional services engagement is what turns the licence into a business case — the discovery, the interviews, the architect review and the estimates that make the numbers real.
Buy one or buy the portfolio
Each platform stands alone and is priced independently. Most organisations start with one, usually BizCase or Userz, and add the others as the programme matures.
Who delivers it
Platforms are sold and licensed by Execlenz. Implementation and engineering are delivered by Zertain as certified partner, under the same commercial agreement.
Scale sets the number
Cost tracks the scope of the engagement — a single use case, a department, or the full enterprise — rather than a fixed tier. We size it against your requirements before anything is committed.
