• Information you submit. When you complete the contact or demonstration request form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, area of interest and the message you write.
• Technical information. Standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.

We do not collect special category data through this website, and you should not include confidential or sensitive information in a form submission.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
• To issue and manage demonstration environment access.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis is normally legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — or your consent, in the case of analytics and marketing communications.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Zertain, our certified implementation and engineering partner, where they are involved in delivering your engagement.
• Service providers who host this site, deliver our email and operate our customer relationship management system, under contract and only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to.

International transfers

How long we keep it
